Purnululu National Park is located in the East Kimberley region of Western Australia. The park is known for its sandstone domes, also known as "Bungle Bungle Range", a unique geological formation shaped over millions of years. The domes are striped with orange and grey bands, which are caused by the contrasting colours of the lichen and algae that grow on the sandstone. The park is also home to a diverse range of flora and fauna, including many species unique to the area. Visitors can explore the park via hiking trails, scenic flights, or 4WD tours.
