Shipping policy
- Each order is custom made for you locally in Perth, Western Australia. Please ensure you are happy with the selected order as changes can be very difficult once made and a refund cannot be offered once completed.
- Free shipping is offered on rolled prints within Australia.
- Rolled prints ready for delivery within 5 to 10 business days.
- Framed prints ready for delivery within 10 to 20 business days.
- Shipping interstate may extend delivery time. A tracking number will be provided.
- Important: Shipping delays due to COVID19 and the holiday shopping period may be expected. Please plan ahead when ordering. We will always do our best to improve delivery times where possible.
- Shipping is available worldwide. You must contact us at sailor.jayphotography@gmail.com before placing order as a customised invoice will need to be made.
